Handling Maintenance of entire Plant Utilities such as HVAC, Power Genration, Air Compressor Plant, Nitrogen Plant, Cooling Towers, Pumps etc

Plan, direct and control all functions and operations of theUtilitiesDepartment including powerhouse, chiller & compressor.

Ensuring and update the overhauling & service agreement of Generators & Compressors on yearly basis. Preparing of fiscal budget documents of all powerhouses &Utility.

To maintain all critical spare parts inventory of all power production equipment

Identify & evaluate potential resources for the project, in relation to the person, procurement, review contractual requirements. Technical vetting & evaluate project feasibility reports.

Manage & Planning Preventive & predictive maintenance.

Endorse and recommends Utilities Department Plant modifications, upgrades, and expansions based on future business plans.
